Healthier and Fitter
I want to update about health issues. I want to go back and be fit again. I am controlling my food intake, eating less rice and less meat, following my wife who is now a converted health buff. Learning about the side effects of diet pills, she decided to just do the conservative way in losing weight. Amazingly with just less than a month of continuous exercise and diet she already lost 5 pounds. It’s a great thing that she easily sweats so she can lose a lot of the calories easily and without eating red meat, I think it helps too. I am considering of lifting weights with her twice a week but with the new boss at work, that has to wait. We are too busy these days that I can’t go out from the office to have an hour in the gym. So now that exercising has to take a backseat, I focus on my diet, eating just cereals with low fat milk every morning. Hopefully when things get back to normal at work, I can hit the gym every Tuesdays and Thursdays.
