I was talking to a colleague about sales training when my somebody inside the office called me to do another workload. It’s been tiring at work this past few days just doing errands left and right and I sometimes even need to travel outside to buy techie stuff for work. The office relies on me when it comes to all the techie stuff. I sometimes hate the fact that they call me just because they need to buy a new mouse or they need to purchase mouse pads, imagine mouse pads! I also went out and troubleshoot a laptop just this morning and thank God it was so easy to fix that it took not so much of my time, I still have to finish the cleaning of the database after that. Anyway, I’m looking forward of the weekend, and it’s only Tuesday. Can’t it be Tuesday then Saturday? HAHAHA…

My son just turned 2 last Tuesday and we had a small swimming party at home for the kids. It was my wife’s idea so we bought this inflatable pool in 15 ft. diameter and 3 feet deep and 8 kids including my son enjoyed it so much. So much food were spread on the table we were all stuffed, guests even brought take home food for them. I was glad my wife thought of this instead of those usual parties. It was relaxed and you don’t need to come in your best attire. It was very tiring though, I had to sleep early last night and find the best sleep number bed position just to get rid of those achy muscles.

To my dear son, happy birthday. Mayo you have more to come. We love you!

My sister loves pets. We have a pet bird, a shitzu and a couple of fish at home. I used to help her clean the aquarium when I still live there. But now that, I have my own family, she takes care of the pets all by herself and sometimes her plate gets so full, she asks for my help. She called me yesterday to help her buy some pet supplements that she forgot to buy when she went to the grocery. I was busy at work and couldn’t get out of the office to go to the pet shop. I had to drop by before going home hence I faced the hideous traffic after work. Rush hour was dreadful. Good thing this only happens once in a while.

The hitch rack my brother in law bought is a Hollywood Sport Rider for 4 Bikes. Well, they say it’s a generic brand but it looks good to me already and besides for a whopping 13,500 pesos it’s very well should be reliabe. We tested it last night, installing it to the hitch receiver and this is how it looks like…

I am a very busy guy at work these days which is the reason why I don’t update my blog too much. My boss announcing him wanting to run for presidency didn’t help. Much more stuff on my plate and with his announcement, you can assure more tasks. Not that I’m complaining, it’s better to have a lot to do than sit around doing nothing in the office. Time runs faster and I never get bored. I even learn new things in my job like the trees they are planning to plant in a park somewhere up coast where the weather is cold, bald cypress. I didn’t know it’s a tree. When they told me to research about it, I was thinking I will be searching about hair and baldness. Funny but I’m glad I learn new things with work. I just hate staying late in the office. Bummer right?

Last week, my brother in law financed the installation of the hitch receiver. We went to Marikina to meet with Mang Boyet who will make the hitch receiver during our lunch break, it took us hours not to mention getting lost in going there. Then the installation was even more hideous, it took us hours. Mang Boyet made so much hitch receivers in the past but it’s his first time to install a receiver to a Rav 4 so he literally was clueless if his creation will fit the Rav perfect, well he made some adjustments that’s why it took us hours and we arrived home past 9 pm already. Anyway, with all the fuss, we are happy with it…

The longer tube is actually the base of the hitch rack already and you can see the huge screw that connects the two together.

We are now ready for trailing. The thought of taking NO2 Black is pushed back in my mind. I will definitely be back with the exercise that I need to be healthy.
