I Need Eyewear

My wife is an Optometrist. And I told her I think I need new eyeglasses. I wear the same glasses for a year now and I’m experiencing headache these past few days. I saw this incredible stylish new frames from Zenni. I personally like this metallic titanium eyeglasses…

According to my wife, a titanium frame will be very light. As if you are not really wearing anything at all. Perfect for my very busy day at work.

I wasn’t doing anythign at home so I researched further more about Zenni and their eyeglasses and found out that Zenni Optical was on FOX news! Very reliable optical if you ask me. I wish my wife could have somethign like this for her practice, she dreams of having her own Optometric Clinic someday. Anway, what’s more amazing is Zenni Optical $ 8 Rx Eyeglasses. Very affordable. I could browse this sectiona and look for frames that I want and maybe order from them so I can have new glasses in no time!

My new bike in the making…

Nov-2-2008 By nitrousworx

Just had my new bike installed by mang Jim last October 31. He is my trusted bike mechanic since the day I had my first mountain bike (blackie the bikenstein). He works in a bike store at cartimar, pasay as a bike mechanic. Before I handed blackie to him, I tried to check him fixing other bikes.  All I could say is, he is good of what he is doing…he can tune your derailleurs in less than minute (exage hehe).

Anyways, I bought this slightly used Giant NRS full suspension cross country frame. It has 3-3.75 rear travel with stock NRS rear shock (wish I could find a cheap fox rp2 shock to replace this).  Unlike other NRS’s, I think this is the last model ever released because it already has a short linkage design compared to those old model NRS that has a long square like four bar linkage design.

I transferred all the components from blackie to bleu and sold my merida frame to a nice biker. Some new parts I bought are; Thompson Elite seatpost with set back (bling!), upgraded 08 XTR disc rotors, FSA carbon bottom bracket for my pedals.

My brother-in-law and I went at cartimar around 3.30pm but mang Jim is building a new bike.  Waited for him til 6pm and had my bike finished for like 30minutes?  So much for waiting… anyways, here’s a picture of mang Jim fixing my new FS bike.
