My wife was talking about an allergy relief she discovered online. I have a friend who got allergies from eating shrimps when he’s uncle went here for a vacation this month and they went out dining in Dampa. Since my wife works in a hospital and I am close to him when we were in College, he remembered to ask me about his condition. He was admitted for 2 days in the hospital due to difficulty in breathing. Thank God he is okay now and is recovering at home. He got rashes on his skin and is gradually subsiding. To bad he can’t come with me if ever we go biking this weekend. He wants to try mountain biking.

Friends at work have been talking about getting a Medicare supplement, whatever that is, I still need to know. Medical benefits here in our country is less of important. We have to admit that the government doesn’t give too much attention to that which I strongly believe should be one of the priorities aside from job opportunities and education. Even the people who work for the government spend so much in health care if needed because the government hospitals are not complete of equipments and materials plus specialists are lacking. I wish to see improvement in this aspect during the transition of a new government by next year. I still hope. That’s free and I hope for our country that someday everything will be well and improved here.

I need some weight loss supplements nowadays. I am on a biking halt lately, then as I was getting excited for the weekends and then the weather bureau is actually telling us that another typhoon is coming if not this evening, then we should expect it tomorrow. Now tell me how will I be able to lose my excess pounds? Unlike before that I have badminton aside from biking, nowadays I’m a bit rustic with my moves, it’s been a year since my last real badminton game. I should really plan a great biking trip when the sun comes out longer… I am really itching to use my Marin!

I’ve been having worries about my job lately, why? I can’t say, it’s just too personal to blog in public. Anyway, it’s been busy lately, VERY busy actually that I’m losing weight without the much needed exercise and diet. My wife joked that I don’t need diet pills anymore and that I should tell her the secrets of how to worry well and be very busy so she can also lose some more pounds. Funny huh? But yeah, my boss is running for Presidency and is soon to be resigning. I wonder! I wonder!

The wife has been telling me about Medical Marijuana! I was a bit confused and couldn’t understand what she was talking about, all I heard was, marijuana, isn’t that drugs? But she continued explaining until I get to digest what she was saying. They had a talk at work and the speaker was telling about how beneficial marijuana is to patients who need it. According to MedicalMarijuanaGroup.com, an online resource about how beneficial it is, marijuana can relieve nausea, chronic pains and aids in treatments of Glaucoma and Multiple Sclerosis. My wife who is in the medical field made a few points and as I listened carefully, I guess, now I understood, I learned something new last night and it’s not about bikes nor gadgets which is nice!

I am already convincing my wife to bike with me, she’s been busy looking for the best diet pills for her to lose weight and I think she’s not fat to take anything other than do exercise. She’s sporty before, playing badminton and jogs when she has time or she usually do treadmill but after giving birth she stopped and she deserves exercise not to lose weight but to be healthy. It’s been raining and no matter what we do, it’s not advisable to go trailing. So the La Mesa Ecopark plan is postponed until further notice. So, how to lose belly fat more now is up to me so biking at the attic using the stationary bike is an option but you see I also have so much work to do for work plus there is the priority of giving quality time for my family. My wife and I will also bring our son to the doctor tomorrow for his Hepa vaccine. We’ll see what I can do with my workout plan but I will miss biking for quite a long time since the rain is actually often nowadays. Bummer!

I never talk about my food intake and as a biker, it is very important to monitor the food I take and watch the calories I put inside my body. I’m no expert and I’m definitely not a healthy eater. I eat what I want to eat and since my wife loves to eat, I actually can’t really watch what I take regularly. I don’t blame her though, it’s me who loves fastfood or meat. Great thing I have regular exercise. I think protein is very much important in sports, we need to build enough muscles to pedal and of course, carbohydrates for enough energy. So basically, I actually eat. lots of protein and carbohydrates before trailing. I don’t make myself really full but I pack well to last. You see, biking is not easy and we usually pedal half of the day with just a few minutes of rest and if you starve yourself just to lose weight? It’s definitely wrong, you can die from exhaustion. Of course, my wife mentioned about Blue Advantage plan and how it is important with regards to our health, I’ve never heard about it and I want to read more about it. I will read and discuss about ti with my wife soon. We need to take care of our health, I always put into mind, health is wealth!

I’ve been wanting a sporty watch but not just a watch to look good, I want something that I can really use everytime I go biking. I’ve been taking Medicare supplement and my wife tells me that buying the watch is as much important as the supplement. I think she’s right, sometimes we do strenuous activity and I need to monitor my hear rate and maybe even my blood pressure and I saw this online…

Here are some of the features:
- Displays your heart rate as beats per minute and percentage of maximum heart rate, average heart rate, and exercise duration
- S1 foot pod shoe-mounted sensor that continually relays computed velocity and distance information to monitor
- Runners’ data including total speed and distance, speed displayed in pace or kmph/mph
- Wirelessly sends exercise data to PC via infrared connection
- Allows you to set 5 exercise sets for interval training with HR target zones and recovery calculation
- Records a complete file and five summary files of the exercises
- Predicts your maximal oxygen uptake
- Reduces possible interference from other heart rate monitors
- Target heart rate zones with audible and visual alarm
- UpLink feature enables download of exercise set from Polar web site
- Large easy-to-read display with backlighting and split screen
- 24-hour clock with day/week indicator and stopwatch
- 1.5-year average battery life
- Water resistant to 30 meters
