Lawsuit Help

Jul-25-2010 By nitrousworx

A friend of mine won a TransUnion Class Action Lawsuit with the help of the O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath. He got a very nice amount of monetary damages and it was pretty cool that despite of all the trouble, now he is smiling and won the battle. Most Americans experienced the illegal action and some of his friends told him about the firm who are helping them that time and almost all of them got their claims already like him today. The expertise of his skilled attorney from the firm understood that disclosure of his personal credit information is a violation and his expertise handled his case’s complex TransUnion claim. I am very happy for him and I know that he learned his lesson. After the lawsuit, it can be hard living in the US without credit card but he is doing it for the past 10 years now, and he is surviving.

Investing on Real Estates

May-22-2010 By nitrousworx

My wife dreams of owning a home, of course I want that too. I want a dream house with enough space for the garden and the garage. To top it all, we also want a real estate investment. We dream of having maybe 4-10 doors apartment so we can have generating income aside from our jobs. It is very wise to invest in this kinds of stuff because they never depreciate, they always appreciate! I also dream of owning a real estate abroad like those Tamarindo Real Estate which is located in a peaceful town on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. Hundreds of homes and condos are being developed there and owning one will be a treat. The locals have kept the place as it is even with all the development which is why you don’t have to worry about overcrowding. We can have long trips there and use the house as our vacation spot then have it rented when we are back in the Philippines. We will live these dreams, one by one we will!

Getting Old?

I complained pains in my joint when I sit almost 8 hours at work. My wife would say I need an arthritis treatment right away. Though I know it is a joke, it crossed my mind that I may have arthritis, at almost 32, it is very early but with the lifestyle these days, everything is already possible. This actually resulted to me to run every Tuesday and Thursday with my wife. It is actually not easy, I find mountain biking easier because during downhills you can just glide gracefully on the tracks, unlike in running that you run, use your legs no matter if you’re going up or down, left or right. So yes, I appreciated my wife’s sport more and it actually helped me get rid of those aches. Arthritis is not a joke and I’m glad, I don’t have to worry anymore.

In Your Face

This is not about somebody who switch my button! Not an enemy or anything similar. This is about a friend who actually wants to get rid of his pimples. He’s almost my age but still is problematic when it regards to his acne. He is still searching for the best acne medicine around.I sort of understand where he is coming from, my wife usually complains about her pimples and pimple scars. At her age, she still gets pimples once in a while not to mention the acne scars she is so conscious about. I certainly don’t mind it but it bothers her big time especially that she used to really have flawless skin. Oh well, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and I certainly think my wife is beautiful. I just hope my friend finds it in himself more confidence and acceptance. The stress he is giving himself might even cause the acne.

Another Task

This season is very busy at work. Imagine, not my line of work but I still need to look for nice gifts for my boss. Since I’m always online the boss asked me to look for unqiue items he can give away this Holiday season. I actually saw Acid cigars, unique coffee and tea press plus a nice looking locket/watch for special people that is kinda close to him. I wish I can have somebody to look for nice items for me, sort of my personal shopper. It’s been very chaotic these past few days inside the mall, I’m glad my wife is not obliging me to come to her every time she does our Christmas shopping. :D

Checklist for This Week

Nov-19-2009 By nitrousworx

I never admit to my wife that I do checklists. I think it’s a girly thing. But she tells me that the thinks I write on my iPhone are checklists. Maybe she’s right. So let me tell you what I did this week and what’s left from the list.

  • Buy computer sets.
  • Buy a printer.
  • Set up the computers, internet and everything needed to make the headquarters able.
  • Install the new wireless printer at my former boss’ headquarters.
  • Read about an article about an Oklahoma attorney, that one of my bosses asked me to do.
  • Do some shopping for Christmas with my wife. (Our list is almost done!)
  • Bike with the biker friends this Saturday.
  • Probably watch the first Pyro Olympics at the Fort.
  • Upload songs in the iPod as per request of the wife.
  • Paper works
  • And more paper works before the week ends.

My Christmas Wishlist

Nov-6-2009 By nitrousworx

Do you have one? We are on a tight budget since we are taking trips next year but there is always room for dreaming plus dreaming is free so I want to dream big. Here are some possible wishes that can come true and maybe a few that would take more time to be granted.

  • I want to fix the Suzuki that my brother gave me. He has a Suzuki that’s been in junk for a couple of years now and if I have the money, I will have it repainted and pimped.
  • One of those high megapixel digital cameras we can buy so that my wife will not always carry our dslr everywhere.
  • An iMac of course plus a Macbook Air please.
  • A new SUV.
  • Win the lottery so we can buy a lot and build our dream house.
  • Have a business maybe next year.

I can dream, can’t I? :D

Are ready for Christmas?

Nov-5-2009 By nitrousworx

My wife is so excited for Christmas. Ever since the time I met her and became her boyfriend, it’s always the same. She happy and excited when Christmas is near. Nothing can stop her. She always has her list… of people to give gifts to and what possible gifts to give them. I on the other hand is only thinking of what to possible give and my son, I leave everything to her. So am I ready to do some Christmas shopping for my small family? I really don’t know what to give my wife, unlike my son that I am thinking of giving him books since we already have toys and other stuff ready for wrapping for him but to my wife, I have no clue. She told me not to bother since I already paid for her Technomarine watch that she bought this year but of course I still want to give her something she can open on Christmas eve. Any suggestions?

Let the Rain Stop

Sep-25-2009 By nitrousworx

NO BIKE AGAIN! This is pissing me off. I have plans and we have plans but with the rain, a plan will not push through, I wish the others on the list will happen like our malling, the looking for some mattresses for the guest room and the sister in law’s room, my mother in law asked us to canvass and look for a nice mattress on each room so she can have an idea how much to save, the taking of the son to Timezone and the dinner out tomorrow. I hope the weather will be much better tomorrow. It’s been raining crazy tonight and I bet the roads will be wet and the trails muddy so there is no chance that I can go trailing, I’m thinking of just the malling with the family to relax. I miss biking though.

Nearing Christmas

Sep-24-2009 By nitrousworx

You can tell that Christmas is near, the shopping malls are more packed nowadays plus you can already hear Christmas songs played everywhere. My son will appreciate it more now that he is 2. My wife on the other hand is so excited shopping as early as September. She is even eyeing the Black Friday sale. She’s always in for a bargain. She usually shops at bazaars and sales. As for me? I’m waiting for the Holidays when I’m free from work and just there to be with my family and my bike. haha…
