My wife had it all planned, thanks to her, I will be celebrating my birthday with lots of food, relaxation and with our families. We will just be celebrating overnight somewhere near our house but I’m sure we will have a blast, I just hope the sun will really sun bright since it’s been raining the past week already. No more gift from the wife since I got my GT in advance and this 33rd birthday of mine is surely a celebration. More pictures of the celebration next week! Ciao!

I wish the maker of my car has something like that of the volvo s40 custom floor mats so I can custom fit the mats since I can’t find any nice mats that is suitable for my car. I am currently in the process of fixing my car and hopefully, I can get it from the shop this week. I’ve been borrowing rides from a friend and my sister so we can get by everyday since I need to drive my son to school and us, to work and we can only borrow my mother in law’s car over the weekends since she also uses it to work. I have to find people who can trust me, luckily I have 2 people. Anyway, I asked the shop to fix the wiring and then I will need to look for nice mats, then maybe I can save a little bit more to fix the dashboard and then my wife suggested I have the sidings fixed as well. Then maybe next year, I can have the seats in leather. Too many plans, too limited budget, it’s really hard.

I think the title says it all. It has been a long weekend, 4 days to be exact and I know that when I com back to work, it will be very hectic. I will be attending to so much stuff, I am actually looking forward to the grand celebration of my birthday this weekend. I will be thinking of the buffets plus the hotel booking and the hanging out in the pool so I can relax a bit but before that, I need to attend to a megameeting web conferencing software demo this morning with the bosses at around 10am so I am killing time by… blogging. hehehe… I am still in holiday mode and the papers on my table is just plain crazy…

I can’t bike these days, well more like months now because I sold my old fork and I can’t replace it with a new one. I tried to buy online from the bike forums and I already talked to 2 sellers but I don’t know why but every time I will meet them, one just back out and the other just told me up front that he changed his mind. Right now, I am keeping myself healthy with a little bit of exercise every Tuesday and Thursday, either I play basketball or badminton. I miss mountain biking, I hope I can get back soon.

I became busy last week, even the simplest task of purchasing wilson cellular booster was given to me as a task by my superior! It is giving me headaches really, thank goodness I found a site that has all that we need so I was able to do my real task at hand, which is blog and update our department’s website. Anyway, so what is back to the shop, you may ask? Well, since I was too busy at work last week, I just sent the car to the car shop this week. It has problems like the idling goes down and sometimes the engine installs plus I want them to check the general wiring because I have a strong feeling, something’s wrong with that too. I will be checking it on Saturday to see if they are doing well and since my car is a bit old already, it needs more attention and this car shop is what I trust.

My wife, as generous that she is gave me a very useful gift for my birthday and you see, I am an Apple person. I love anything made my Apple so when I discovered that I was getting a Samsung Galaxy Tab, I was a bit skeptic because of all the Android gadgets I get a hold of, I never liked any of them. But much to my surprise, I love the Samsung GT! Thank you so much sweetie!

My boss asked me to design stuff other than our website. It is sometimes very annoying that I need to come up with a brilliant design for a tarpaulin that will be used in one of the offices in our department, as if they don’t have a staff in that office that can do simple tarpaulin design. I even had a task yesterday of doing some personalized stamps for the boss and I even made some on the side for me and my wife. LOL. If I can’t beat them, well I’d rather join them in this situation, since we have so much very nice ink for the printer, I made 20 pieces for us, not too much because I have no idea where to use them right now. But I think it looks classy, maybe I can make personalized stationery next time, since the wife loves to jot a lot.

My father in law wants some really nice looking rustic furniture for their patio. He asked me to call my interior designer friend to redecorate their patio and was thinking of where to put the old furniture and I suggested that he sells it and how? By holding a garage sale at home and so my wife organized our closets to see if we can sell some stuff too and she filled one big box full of used clothing to sell for 50-200 pesos and I hope everything gets sold or I told her we can donate the rest to the province. I am now printing a banner that we can post outside the house. We’ll see how this one goes.
