I am not blogging for myself because we don’t have a ps3 but a friend of mine who is also a dad is addicted to ps3 and he wants a jeux ps3 for father’s day. His wife is also a friend of mine and I think he will be getting his wish this month. As for me? What I want this father’s day is not material, it is very hard to explain and say here simply because it is very personal. I know God listens to heartfelt prayer and we believe in His providence. Anyway, we don’t have plans for father’s day yet, probably just to dine with the family and take our son out. I will also meeting my friends so maybe a time out with friends will probably be my wife’s gift to me, which I don’t mind. I really understand that we are on a tight budget right now.

My son is going to school now, it’s his first time and looks like he is having fun! He remembers some of his classmates’ names and one of his teachers. He tells stories about his day and he always looks forward in going to school. As my son is growing up, I feel more like a father now, thinking of his future and all. But like my son, I also have a father and this father’s day, I want to give something special for my dad because now I know how nice it is to get something from your son. So like any other son who wants to make Father’s Day special, I am looking for some personal Father’s Day gift ideas that I can give my dad. I am eyeing for a few items. I will be attending a costume party at work and I find it a little freaky and weird that some of my old colleagues are looking for possible adult costumes to wear.They are not required to do that, the admin office just told us that the funnier, the better. Oh well, I guess that’s their own decision to make, it would have been better if younger people would wear it but we are talking about 40s here, maybe even 50s. Darn! And for me? I am not sure if I want to attend the party, but I will be working that day so I might as well attend since the party is after office hours. For the costume? I might be going as an engineer, wearing just my office clothes and then get a hard hat at work. Boring huh? Well, I am not planning to stay really long, I have so much work to do that I can afford another party.

A friend asked me to help him find Marcus nurse uniform because he particularly liked the scrubs that one of his colleagues and since he doesn’t go online a lot because of his very busy life in the Illinois, he asked me to help him. I got so many nurse friends who recently finished their degree, they graduated a different course and took nursing to be their second degree. I admire their enthusiasm, my wife considered this before when she was still single because it became a booming job opportunity, anyway, this friend of mine is the most successful nurse friend I have, he bought a really big house in Illinois and has 2 nice cars, a Mercedes Benz and a BMW. He is really doing good and he will be getting married soon, I hope we can attend to his wedding next year.

Since I’m into mountain biking again. I had to sell my old tires and my ever reliable Marzocchi EXR Pro 120mm fork to give my some small upgrades to lessen the weight of my bike. I bought a really good tire for my front. The Schwalbe Nobby Nic.  This tire is known to be one of the grippiest tire in wet roots, mud, rocks which is really good when running downhill and bombing the single tracks. And thanks to my Brother-in-Law  for my rear tire, Kenda Nevegal John Tomac series, he gave it to me since he also upgraded his front tire. Upgrades can be very expensive, a really nice mountain bike can be as the same cost as a regular old running car, yes, believe that and sometimes if you really want to enjoy mountain biking , Online cash advance will be very wise since it is very fast and easy. It’s been almost a month since my car was at the repair shop. Why? Because of another mechanic’s fault. I’m just having my regular tune up when this repair guy put the wrong type of spark plug on the engine. When I cranked, the pistons hit the tip of the spark plug which led into a disaster.  I had the replace most of the engine parts inside, especially the pistons, to get the engine in top shape again.  I got some pistons, con-rod bearings, piston rings, and a complete set of gaskets plus I had the black honed at the machine shop.  Just today, it’s my first time to hear the engine roar again. Thanks to the repair shop for “carefully” rebuilding my engine and for the time thinking the best thing to do with the block and pistons. Here’s the photo this morning but they had it running this afternoon. Yeah!
