And it isn’t over yet!

Dec-28-2009 By nitrousworx

Christmas passed without me greeting everyone here Merry Christmas. Life has been hectic going to work when the Holiday fever is at it’s peak. Glad I didn’t get sick or anything and needed any prescription medication last week. There are friends who got sick and needed to go to the hospital because their coughs and colds are worst. With all the celebrations come stress as well and people’s immune system gets cranky too, I’m glad even if I was stressed last week, I didn’t catch the flu some co-workers had. Anyway, it’s another work week today and New Year’s celebration isn’t over yet. This will be very busy too because aside from work today and tomorrow, I have parties to attend to. So before the Happy New Year greetings… let me extend our belated Merry Christmas from my family to yours…

Merry Christmas! Hope you had a great one!

After All This Rush

Dec-15-2009 By nitrousworx

Before I find this ukf7003axx filter that my boss is asking me to find online because we are cost cutting next year from some office expenses, let me blab and maybe rant a few. Life has been unexpected this year. From what I can remember, there are more uncertainties than conclusions. Work has been shaky! Thanks to God, it’s all good now at least for the next 6 months. Why? Let’s keep that in private. Elections will be coming, I can see my workload piling up. I wish I knew what to expect after all the Holiday rush, I wish I can say I will be very excited next year because for 1, definitely we are on a trip to Hong Kong and 2, we MIGHT go to the US come Spring but I can see so many expenses and uncertainties. I know I’m rambling but I can only vent here, where nobody cares what I write or am I wrong?

My Family

Okay before I find more stuff for my mother in law online, like looking for the perfect kitchen sink she wanted in her dirty kitchen from the many nice sinks online, I will blog about my family first. I haven’t talked about them for quite a while. My wife and I recently celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. Last year, we celebrated it late by checking in at Bellevue Hotel early January. This year, we will celebrate it late too and we will be going with my in laws. We are heading to Hong Kong late January. This wasn’t planned but since we’ve decided to come, we just canceled the original plan to check in in one of the nice places in Tagaytay for our celebration. We think Hong Kong is better even if it’s technically post anniversary celebration already. Anyway, I hope to blog more after the trip! HIHI… So about my son, he’s growing up way too fast. A little naughty at times but truly a joy for us. He’s soon turning 3 and we are just planning to celebrate his birthday simply. We’ll see what my wife will cook up about that. Here are their recent photo with a little story to tell…

My wife is trying on her boots that her sister gave her for our Hong Kong trip and I was taking pictures so she can show her best friend the new shoes when my son asked her, “Mommy what you doing?” and instantly went in front of her and said, “eeeeeeee”, signaling me to take his picture because he’s smiling in front of the camera. After I snapped, he went to me and said, “Dustin look!” and looked at his picture. Too cute, if you ask me!

Missing Out

Dec-14-2009 By nitrousworx

I’ve been missing out a lot in the blogosphere. Aside from browisng a few great looking glass tiles for my mother in law online, I haven’t touched the keys to type what I want to say and tell about my world. As of this moment, I’m actually connected to 2 offices, one is my real job while the other is where my previous boss’ campaign headquarters is located. The last one, I’m actually on call. It has been a very hectic December and my wife is convincing me to blog a lot more and I always say yes, only to find myself passing out at night when they are asleep. Stress has been a huge source and as much I wanted to keep everybody updated, I can’t. Offline life is so busy, most of the time online life is taking a back seat.

Hello December

Dec-2-2009 By nitrousworx

My wife said that several times yesterday. She loves December and as much as I love the Holidays, I can’t imagine the money we spend every year during the season. Just last week my wife went to a mall thanksgiving sale to buy stuff we need like the Eagle Creek luggage we had in mind for our travels. We actually need one ASAP since we are traveling to Hong Kong for 4 days with our son and my in laws. I bet we need so much stuff since traveling with a toddler will be a challenge so she picked a luggage with ample space, wheels and a handle of course. Hopefully that will be all. I was thinking of finding a back pack as well for our son’s stuff when we’re out strolling the streets of HK and I think my wife took a note about that. I bet December will be fast, during this month, parties will be everywhere and time will just pass so quickly, aside for the eating? I’m excited more of the travel next month… For the wife it’s hello December, for me? See you January! :D
