My wife has less requirement when finding a car, actually a mini van is what she is leaning towards of buying because she is thinking of comfort and height (which by the way is really important if you see our road to my in laws’ place). Anyway, I wamt to get a portable gps when we finally gets the transportation that she wants. She always tells me that she never wants an old school car anymore because it will never give us comfort. Collecting old school cars can be possible when we are rich and you can maintain an old car without us suffering when it needs to be in the shop for some fixing, which is true, I totally agree with her and these are the cars that we are actually considering…

Isuzu Crosswind

Toyota Innova
She really wants medium size transportation especially that we have a son and “sometimes” the nanny that we tag along during trips.

I used to love collecting cassette tapes when it was so “in” during those high school days when all you have to listen to were songs from Guns and Roses, Aerosmith and the likes. My sister on the other hand loves collecting personalized coins that were later on sold to higher prices. I wish I followed her footsteps and collected items that doubled their worth in time. Now, she plans on collecting artwork from popular artists, I am just wondering where is she going to put all these items when she shares the room with my mother.

We ar eon a tight budget but I want to buy sunglasses so my wife and I are looking for some cheap sunglasses for me to grab. My wife bought hers for only a little more than 1000 bucks and I am hoping to grab affordable one for myself too. She made plans in going out of town soon and as you all know, Summer is just around the corner.
I’ve been eyeing for these sunglasses that are so surprisingly cheap online…

I want a Honda Jazz for my family. I think it’s a practical car because it consumes gas lesser than the SUV which my wife wants to have for us but since gasoline is high, she kind of agrees that we can possible get a Jazz next year if things and plans push through. One thing that hinders us from buying a Jazz is our road. You see the road to my in-law’s house is muddy (when it rains) and still not cemented and developed so when you get a really low car, it will definitely get the beating. Anyway, my wife a really simple set up for the Jazz while I want it to look like a toy car, a remote controlled car that looks similar to these photos…

But my wife wants a subtle style that I think is okay…

We will have holidays from work during the Season and I am making plans of two tasks for me no waste time in staying at home because aside from the quality time with my family, I am hoping to finish these two asks before the year ends and these are all about our bathroom. First is the shower knob that is busted. When you turn on the shower, lf of the water comes out from the shower head but half of it comes out from the faucet. I actually did something to remedy the problem but it’s just temporary. The second is to get one of those stainless steel undermount sinks for the bathroom of the maids downstairs because I saw their sink broke and I think the heavy duty stainless is better in their bathroom. I hope to accomplish these things this holiday!

“But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.” 1 Timothy 6:8
Clothes are indeed a necessity. It protects our body from the weather and dirt around us plus it covers all private parts of our body. Today, clothing is not just about being our “need” but it also speaks about fashion, our style, our character and usually it comes with a price tag! We invest on clothes like we invest on other aspects of our lives and usually the best clothes we have are quite expensive so armed with clothing hangers and garment racks, here are some insights on hoe to keep your clothes looking great and making them last longer to save your pockets.
- During perfect weather, always opt to hang clothes outdoors. It will save you from using too much energy and money plus you will give your clothes a favor from all the harsh spinning of the dryer plus it’s heat.
- Know the right detergent to use. Never use too strong detergents, my wife thinks too much scent means too strong ingredients. We usually buy the milder scents or the no scent at all detergents.
- As much as possible, give ample space to hang your clothes because it it nicer to hang clothes rather than fold them. I particularly love the wooden hangers that my wife bought us.
I know there are more tips out there but these are the ones that I learned from my wife and so far my clothes last really long.

With my jansport backpack packed I went to Bohol with my parents and sister. It was a very nice trip, better if my wife and son joined me but there is always next time. We visited really nice places and since my sister is a frequent traveler in Bohol, she knows where to take us. We visited the Bee Farm, Chocolate Hills and The Baclayon Church. From 7am to 3pm we were going around Bohol and thank God we experienced perfect weather. We stayed there for 3 days but we only had 1 whole day for this travel and if I will come back I wish to extend more. Will definitely plan a Bohol trip again and this time I will take my wife and my son with me. Here are some pictures from the trip.

My father asked me to look for a metal hose that he can use in the shop. You see my father is in the woodworks business and he needs the metal hose in building something apart from the wood items he usually make with his employees. Anyway, I don’t meddle with the business though I would be glad to know the ins and outs of the business, who knows, I might be able to follow my father’s footsteps but he once in a while asks me favors and I was tasked to look for the item. Glad to know I found a site and he was so happy to hear the news this morning. It must be really important!

What’s the best way to end a tiring day at work? Get into a serious conversation with your 4-year-old son about cars!

My wife captured this while she was lying on the bed resting when we got home. I can see a boy who will grow up to be loving cars and being with me in car shows and joining me when I need to fix our car in the garage. He already does the latter and though he bugs me now more than help, I know we will be car buddies in the near future.

My friend in Canada needs to replace his motorhome because when we chatted yesterday, it needs another motorhome repair from the site I gave him a few months ago. If I haven’t lost count, I think he had it repaired for 3 times already this year and he is spending so much on repair that they cannot even use it for some important trips around the country. I told him to just save up and maybe sell it and replace it with a brand new motorhome or maybe just stick to a bigger van that he can use whenever he and his family go on road trips. They will be planning another road trip to the United States after Winter and I hope the motorhome will not have any more problems.
